CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

Hollygood Films ensures your satisfaction with every original DVD you purchase from us for the first 14 days after you receive it. If for any reason you wish to return your purchase, you must email us at info@hollygood.com within these first 14 days, detailing what title(s) you're sending back. Then send the complete returned item(s) to:

We must receive your return(s) within 7 days of your email notification.

Return notifications made after the first 14 days from your receipt of your order will not be honored as a valid return.  Similarly, products returned to us later than 7 days from the email notification you send will not be honored as a valid return.

RETURNS

All returns will be subject to a twenty five percent (25%) re-stocking fee, except where prohibited by law.  Returns will be made only in the form of a “store credit”, which may be applied to any other purchase at Hollygood Films.  Any costs for shipping are not returnable, and will not be included in factoring the re-stocking fee.

Returns must be in a playable and re-saleable condition, with no damage to the case or discs.  Returns are only valid when all the case’s contents are sent back, including the original DVD, and its free edited back-up version.  A returned original DVD without its free edited back-up, or vice-versa, does not satisfy these requirements to warrant a “store credit”.  If such a situation arises, and is not corrected by the purchaser within 7 days of its notice by Hollygood Films, then all claims of “store credit” are null and void, and ownership of the original DVD will revert to whoever has it in their possession.  The free edited back-up version maintains no value, and if separated from its corresponding original DVD, must be destroyed.

There is no re-stocking fee for any defective product returned in exchange for the exact same product.
